If You Need To Cancel
All charters are weather permitting and will be up to the Captain’s discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled. All bookings require a $200 deposit to secure the date. This deposit is non-refundable once within 14 days of the booking date. Requests to change a trip date are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated. Any cancellations by the customer within 24 hours of the booking date will result in a charge of the full balance of the trip.

If There Is Bad Weather
Safety is our top priority and your captain will ultimately make the call if the weather is unsafe for your trip. It’s our mission to get you out there fishing. If there is bad weather or unfavorable seas, we will try to find a date with better weather.

- If we need to cancel due to bad weather, we may refund your deposit.
