The Islamorada June fishing report is usually very good. The month of May ended with some great catches and I am sure it will continue into June.
The month actually started out slower than the end of May, but we did pretty good with the group from Winn Electric, some dolphin and nice snappers.
June 3rd was a decent day for us. A little slow, but we ended up with some nice fish, including a big grouper caught on the yellowtail rod. Took a little bit of work to get it in.
o6-6. Had a good day on the mahi mahi today. We limited out for Bruce, Jamie and Walt. Also threw in a few small blackfin tuna and a tripletail as a bonus.

The last few days have been pretty good. We have had to work hard n the mahi mahi, but we have gotten some to bite. Some days are better than others

Jimmy and his friends from Ohio enjoyed a couple of great days fishing on the BuzzOn. They make the June Islamorada fishing report look great. We caught 2 large blackfin tunas and a bunch of mangrove snappers and big mutton snappers. We also had some mahi mahi in the mix.
The weekend was coming alive. There were plenty of dolphin around offshore and the reefs were alive with fish. Once again a great catch. Some really nice snappers and a lot of mahi.

It’s been a great end to the month. A lot of great people fished with us. We chased mahi offshore and did a lot of reef fishing.It’s been a lot of fun. Thanks to all my great customers.
The approaching full moon has picked up the reef fishing. We are getting a lot of mangrove snapper, some nice muttons and yellowtail snapper.
A couple king mackerel are headed to the smoker and we had a nice sailfish release.
