Sunset Cruises
Enjoy a relaxing and unforgettable evening on the water with our Sunset Cruises. Because this trip is weather-dependent, my goal is to choose the best conditions possible so your sunset experience becomes one of the highlights of your stay in the Keys. I always keep a selection of drinks on board, and if you have any special requests like champagne, specific wines, a charcuterie board, or fresh fruit, I’m happy to arrange it so your cruise feels personalized and memorable.
We’ll ease our way toward the bay side or even venture out to the ocean if the conditions are calm, taking in the quiet beauty of the islands as the sun sinks toward the horizon. It’s the perfect setting for photos, celebrations, or simply unwinding while the sky lights up in incredible colors. And with a little luck, you might even catch the famous green flash, a subtle reminder that life is good here in the Florida Keys.
Where We Go
For sunset cruises in the Upper Florida Keys, we typically explore the calm, scenic waters around Key Largo and Islamorada, choosing the most beautiful and comfortable route based on the day’s conditions. Most evenings, we’ll cruise the bayside, where Florida Bay offers glassy water, mangrove shorelines, and wide-open views perfect for watching the sky change colors. On especially calm days, we may head to the oceanside, drifting along the clear, turquoise shallows or near the outer flats for a stunning oceanfront sunset. No matter the route, every spot we visit provides a peaceful, picture-perfect setting to experience one of the Keys’ most iconic moments.

What To Bring
Come prepared for the weather. We recommend long-sleeved SPF apparel and pants. In the Keys, rain can pop up at almost any time, so a rain jacket is great to have handy, but sometimes the rain is a great cool down during a hot day on the water. Be sure to bring all the food and beverages you’ll need for a day on the water.

The Perfect Boat
24' Bay Boat
The Lil Buzzy is a 24’ Blazer Bay 2420 GTS. This is the perfect boat for our Islamorada charters thanks to its ideal blend of shallow-water performance, speed, comfort, and safety. Powered by a 300 Mercury, this bay boat delivers quick, efficient runs between spots while maintaining a smooth, stable ride through the changing conditions and busy waterways around Islamorada. Its wide beam and solid hull design provide excellent stability, making it a super safe platform for traveling the bays, channels, and nearshore waters. This boat is purpose-built for a safe, productive, and enjoyable day on the water in the Florida Keys.
Over Two Decades Of Guiding
Capt. Aaron Brower
Born and raised in South Florida, I have been fishing the Florida waters since 1976. I moved to the Florida Keys in 2000 and started fishing professionally in 2004. I am a father of four children (two daughters and two sons) who all love being on the water and fishing. I started my fishing career on a party boat and continued to run charters and private fishing boats over the last 20 years.
